Made some minor updates to the rules and rule book.

• Significant changes to layout and visual design of the rule book and itch page
• Minor balance changes tot he single player rules (should be a bit easier to "win" now)
• Edited rules text to be clearer and more concise
• Added a black and white printer-friendly version of the rulebook

Planning to revisit the look of the different play sheets in the future.
